Care Connection for Aging Services
The mission of Care Connection for Aging Services is to assure that older Missourians in our service area live with maximum independence and dignity. In conjunction with the Benton County senior centers in Cole Camp and Warsaw, we provide information and assistance, care management, congregate and home delivered meals, transportation, legal services, homemaker and personal care services, respite services, health and wellness programs, and tax assistance. The senior centers also provide an opportunity for socialization and volunteering. Individuals 60 years of age and older or spouses of these seniors are eligible. Assistance is also provided to caregivers of these senior adults.
